Welcome, Wild Women!
Adventure Crew is building a community of courageous female-identifying adventurers dedicated to the ethos of Outdoors for All. As a member of the Raising Access & Diversity (RAD) Women’s Collective, you join explorers eager to discover what can be accomplished when we work together to expand equitable opportunities for city teens in outdoor recreation and environmental careers.

INVEST IN ADVENTURE EQUITY
Membership in the RAD Women’s Collective supports Adventure Crew’s work to increase opportunities for youth in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to experience the multitude of benefits nature offers, with a focus on equity and inclusion for historically and systemically marginalized communities.
Dues that Do More
Membership dues, no matter the amount, are critical to the work of the RAD Women’s Collective. Each year, dues collectively fund an initiative selected by members to improve access to nature for city teens through Adventure Crew.
Dues start at $10/month or $120/year, made as a one-time donation or through monthly recurring contributions. A pay-what-you-can option is available so membership is accessible to all.
COME TOGETHER, GET OUTSIDE
In addition to collectively supporting access and belonging in the outdoors for our region’s youth, RAD members receive special event invitations and perks throughout the year, including a new way to come together with other people who love nature. We encourage RAD members to spark your own adventures together, whether you are a seasoned outdoorsperson or want to learn a new skill.

We’re so excited about our 2025 initiative:
“Introduction to Camping for Girls Living in Winton Terrace.” This program is the brainchild of Beth Knox, a former Adventure Crew teen who now works as a part-time outdoor specialist for our Saturday Explorer program.
