This year we formalized a way for enthusiastic adult explorers to support the Crew through their personal outdoor adventures. Crew Champions helps adventurers turn their passion for nature into opportunities for city youth. When you become a Crew Champion, you're sharing your love of outdoors by creating a peer-to-peer fundraiser to support Adventure Crew. The donations you inspire help cultivate the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts and environmental stewards.

Meet our first Crew Champion of 2021, Jason Voss! Starting this month, Jason will undertake a 3,000-mile trek on the Continental Divide Trail from New Mexico through Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana and finishing on the Canadian border at Glacier National Park.

This hike is so long that Jason will have to mail replacement boots to post offices along his way! We are so impressed by Jason’s CDT adventure and very grateful he has chosen to be a Crew Champion.

Jason has a goal of raising one dollar for every mile he hikes. "I just hope I inspire people to help others," he shared. "Nature can help. It gives you time to think, get you away from your everyday problems. It's just, it's healing." You can help Jason reach his $3,000 goal by donating to his Crew Champion fundraiser.
