Scavenger Hike Discoveries
We enjoyed exploring the trails at Valley View Foundation in April, but with a fun twist. Students divided into teams to compete in a scavenger hunt throughout the nature preserve. They scored points by completing challenges, identifying flora and fauna, and exploring cool natural features.
Winners of the scavenger hike won prizes like new boots from Bogs, Columbia day packs, and more.
After prizes were awarded, students geared up for an afternoon of off trail biking around Valley View.
This month’s unique adventure was thanks to the creative energy of CREW staffer, Brandon Reynolds, and the hard work of our Program Directors, Paige Young and Clint Victor.
With adventurous minds like these, you never know what awesome outing our teens will be on next!
